Water Monitoring Grants

The Hoosier Riverwatch water monitoring equipment grant applications are now available.

Eligible applicants include: 

• Indiana Schools
• Nonprofit organizations, and 
• Governmental agencies

Equipment grants include materials needed to conduct physical, biological, and chemical stream sampling.

Grants:

• Standard - includes the Green/LaMotte Standard Water Monitoring Kit (suitable for Elementary and Middle School students).

• Advanced - includes the Hach Stream Survey Testing Kit (suitable for high school and adult groups desiring higher quality monitoring results)

Recipients must attend at least one of the Riverwatch training workshops, and agree to monitor at least 4 times a year for two years.
